ACUPUNCTURE
The actual practice of acupuncture includes placing thin needles into the skin on certain points of a meridian. These are then activated by the provider's hands or through electrical stimulation. Studies have shown that acupuncture works well for many conditions. These are discussed in more detail below.
TUI NA
Tuina is a non-drug natural therapy and physical therapy. It usually refers to the doctor using his own hands to act on the patient's body surface, injured parts, uncomfortable places, specific acupoints, painful places, using various techniques and strengths such as pushing, holding, pressing, rubbing, kneading, pinching, tapping, and patting, in order to achieve the effect of dredging meridians, promoting qi and blood, healing injuries and relieving pain, removing evil and strengthening the body, harmonizing yin and yang, and prolonging life.
